In 2019, I worked as a Store Manager for Juice Joint (Dominion) for the summer. As a relatively new business, I worked closely with the owner to think of different ways we can bring customers in.
We chose Instagram as the best way to reach our audience.
The owner asked me to launch their official Instagram, and I managed the platform up until classes started back up again.
The tactic we used to gain our initial following was incentivizing our in-store customers/ regulars by offering a 15% discount on their total purchase for following and sharing our profile.
